Hi all i need some help urgently.
I have now reassembled and disassembled my water pump and side case twice now because when i fill my radiator up with water. it leaks badly out of the weep hole. I have gone over the manual over and over to make sure my seals are in correct and they are!. it has to be something stupid for water just to pass right thru everything. the weep hole is just behnd the mechanical seal
Please Help!

Are you sure that the seals are facing the proper direction?

yeah followed the manual exactly. by the looks of it my mechanical seal is buggered from when i pressed it in so i guess the mechanical seals main purpose is to stop water from getting down the shaft to the weep hole.
