Where to buy power valve center shaft

Anybody know where I can buy the center shaft for the powervalve for a 2002 200? The OEM part number is 13107. A few of the gear teeth on mine are in pretty bad shape and I would like to replace it. Rocky Mountain and Motosport list it as "Unavailable" and I'm little nervous about buying a used one on Ebay.
