Lectron on the 220

Hello,
I have had great results with the Lectron on my 200 and finally want to add one to my 220. I emailed Lectron because there is nothing listed for the 220, and their response was that the 200 carb works for the 220, but that I should "fill out a carb dimension form as well to ensure we get the sizing correct!" Can someone smarter than me or those who have experience with the Lectron on the 220 provide me those dimensions. Thanks!

Are you going to try the billetron? Its form factor looks much better for the KDX.

Billetrons won’t work on our bikes without even more hassle. The inlet and outlets sizes are the same size as PWK 36-41. They’re catering to bikes that came with 38’s to start with.

I'm not sure what they're talking about regarding measurements. The item code for both my 200 and 220 Lectrons are "1530-KDX", which is the same carburetor listed here -
https://www.lectronfuelsystems.com/kdx.html. On the form you just list the mods you have done to your bike, fuel/oil ratio, and elevations you typically ride, just like you did when you ordered your 200 Lectron. Nothing about measurements. Back in 2019 when I got my 220 Lectron, they offered it in 36mm (1036-HV), but now it's just 34mm (1034-OR), which is the one I got for my 200.

Thanks GATOROC! For now I just ordered some new jets, which will go in this week. I'll try to get it cleaned up first, but I am sure eventually I'll pull the trigger on the LECTRON.

Like I've mentioned before, if I didn't ride such a wide variety of elevations and rode at a somewhat constant elevation, I would either go with a standard or RB modded carb instead of the Lectron. If you can get it properly jetted it should work fine for your area.
