Need to know if a rear wheel from a 94 kdx200 can be used on a 98 kdx200? If not what would the difference be between them?

Yes. they'll swap. I have a '90 rear on my '98. You might need to use the wheel spacers from your later bike but I don't remember needing to do that on mine.
