Is KX 125 crankshaft same than in KDX?

KDX 125 -91 left hand crankshaft bearing seems to be having heat and maybe seized once. Caused crankshaft surface worn out. Not sure but maybe OD side in aluminum also. Quickly searching that new part costs about 250€.

KX parts availability is better but are those KX parts compatible with KDX? e.g. crankshaft?

I believe the KDX crankshaft is heavier than the KX.

The USA did not get the KDX125, so we are not familiar with it. Do you have an online dealer showing part diagrams and part numbers?

Hi. I can't find much information, but the complete crankshaft is Kawasaki part number:

13031-1304

It fits:

Kawasaki KDX125SR 1990
Kawasaki KDX125SR 1991
Kawasaki KDX125SR 1992
Kawasaki KDX125SR 1993

You listed the reference number on the diagram. The part number is shown in the text below the picture on that site.

Here's the 1990 KX125 diagram. The crankshaft is not the same. Look at how the flywheel attaches to the left side.
