Will 1990 plastics fit the 1989?

Yes. I don't know why they say 1990 - 1994, but it is the same.

Look up any part you want and it will show which other models used the same part number.

...just in case you might be interested... They make some frame side guards too.

Also, Goofaroo posted recently about how he made a few easy modifications to get the 1995+ KDX fork and disc guard to mount to 1989 - 1992 forks.

I messaged the seller, parts giant, through email and they state these parts only fit 90 thru 94...do you know someone who has used these parts for the 89?

I don't know anyone who has used them for a 1989 model. I can't prove the fenders will work. I can't prove the shrouds will fit. I can show you that the shrouds came on multiple bikes.

Trying to find a way to I'm you and can't figure it out. Will a rear wheel axle shaft from a 2003 kdx 200 fit the 1989 kdx200

I have never tried it, but they have different part numbers. If it had the same, then it would be fine.
