Hello fellow KDXers, I'm very happy to have recently acquired a KDX 200 H1 and of course I'm now looking to spend a bit more money sorting out the niggling little things to get it back to how Kawasaki intended!

I was wondering if a KX 125/ 250 front fender from the same year will be a direct fit, I know it doesn't have the cable guide on it but I'm not worried about that, just looking for something to replace the one on there at the moment with something the right shape and colour for the period?....

Thanks in advance,

Most KX fenders you will have to redrill at least two holes to mount them up. It's only HDPE plastic so it's super easy to do.

Besides the KTM fenders that have mounting holes on the bottom and front, most MX front fenders you will find will mount up pretty easily. Either direct bolt on, or drill 2 more holes like SS109 said. Personally, I really like the 03-05 KX fenders on the KDX's.

When you start looking at the newer MX fenders, I feel like you need update the number plate/headlight to match the more modern lines...just my opinion though.

You can drill a couple of holes in the side of the new front fender and move the cable guide over with two new black colored rivets. Just drill out the old ones I think.

UFO is a brand of plastics that makes some KDX plastic.
