In case you wondered, here’s both cylinders. I always thought the exhaust ports were different, it’s actually the intake. If there are other differences, they’re not obvious.

Thanks for the post! When I had my head off, I couldn't believe how bad the casting was inside the head. I didn't actually "port" anything, but I cleaned up some of the ridges and imperfections at the intake. It was super easy to do, and I hope it helps with airflow. I could have prob gone much further.
