Crank compatibility HELP

Hey fellas.... well I’m still building the 2003 KDX 220. I have everything I need to do a complete rebuild. HOWEVER I now need a whole new crank and I need to know what years of the 200 and 220 Cranks that will work for my 2003 220. If anyone has one for sale please let me know. I’m dying to get this thing done so I really appreciate any help.

Any "H" model (1995-2006) should fit. I'm not aware of any differences within these years. If you want to verify, check one of the online parts sources and verify the OEM part numbers.

Cranks are the same far as 220s and 200s right...
Only difference I’ve heard is piston and carbs.
I need all options bc apparently it’s not easy finding one.

there are a few differences such as piston, carb, chain, etc. but I don't think there are any differences with the cranks

Cranks are 100% interchangeable between 1995 and 2006 200 and 220cc bikes.

What's the problem thats causing you to look for a whole new crank?
If it's a bad lower end bearing, I would be looking for a replacement crank pin and rod assembly. Hot Rods? Wiseco? IDK. Then get, or find someone with a 20T press. It doesn't take much to rig up a pair of centers, or use V blocks to check the alignment. Dial indicators are really cheap these days, and the alignment procedure is written up in the service manual and other places too. I've done this several times.

What happened to the old one that it has to be replaced?
