I would venture to say they'll work only because they are the same company. Wiseco = ProX That said, I would contact Wiseco directly to know for sure.

I bought the Pro-X dampers from RMATV listed for the 95-06 200. For whatever reason it was cheaper to buy them individually than in the set. The ones I received (Part# 17.9-4389) did not fit my Pro-X basket. The bag says Kx125/250. Maybe when you buy the set its the ones that fit. Luckily the old stock ones weren't hardened or cracked and fit the new basket.

EDIT: I misspoke about them not fitting the basket. I meant to say they didn't fit the gear. Of course the old stock ones worked in the stock gear.

Sorry but I tried to send him a private message but couldn't quite work out how to do it ? …& as his username had Kernow ( Cornwall ) I figured he was in my county ...which is very small compared to our fellow KDXers states from over the pond.

Just got down the lockup to fit my prox rubbers and have had exactly same problem as you! Luckily my rubbers were fine so I reused them

The Wiseco pre thread locked screws aren’t long enough to peen after correct torquing is that common is there another way to be double sure they don’t back out?

Lot of people don't peen the screws and just use red loctite. Not saying that is right or wrong, just know it's done

I opted to slightly splay the edges of the bolts

Learn something new every day. I wasn't aware there was a cush drive built into the clutch basket assembly.

My OEM service manual and parts lists show nothing on this feature. Do any other information sources / parts lists show and list the part numbers and assembly instructions? I would like to add these details to my KDX files.

They are "part of an assembly", which means they are not sold individually by Kawasaki. There are several other parts on our KDX's that are that way. You can get it/them IF you buy the whole assembly. I remember the "front of the seat: mounting bolt on the fuel tank being one of them. Various fork and shock parts are that way.
