Bought a nice KX200af. 2010 KX frame with 98 KDX 200 motor. I love this bike so far adnd have only ridden it offraod. Hit a gravel road last night to ride some different trails. Wasnt riding it hard but after about a mile it bogged and want to die. Would rev really high when I pulled clutch in like it was super lean. Limped back home. As soon as I got back to trails it ran great again.
What do you guys think?

Could have been some dirt lodged in the carb for a bit that worked it's way loose. I would check your tank to make sure it looks clean and then give the carb a good cleaning as well. Is it running ok now?

Check your float height, in line fuel filter (if you have one), and make sure the screened inlet on the petcock is clean.

It was his first post. I didn't have a sure answer, but I can surely welcome him.

I agree with float height. Sounds like the bowl isn’t getting filled at the same rate gas is being consumed.
