Hey Y'all,

I have recently ran into the same issues. Today I was out riding and not only am I getting a little spooge/gunk(oil) out the exhaust but when I click it into first after being in neutral it started to stall. I had to give it a bit of gas in the process to prevent it from stalling out. It appears to be idling good in neutral but every so often it still stalls. That being said its been starting on the first kick and has been running good, I think. I can use any pointers, thx my KDX family.

Buy a new clutch cover gasket and oil, then checked for a notched basket, as mentioned in the old thread.

In addition, search for "notched basket" to read what others say. It is really a general dirt bike question, not just for the good old KDX250.
