Where does this bracket go?

I have a bracket that didn't get re-installed correctly and not sure exactly where its supposed to go.

Usually mounts on one of the radiator mounting bolts or similar. It's just a cable guide. Play around and look to see where it might fit to keep a cable from flopping around and getting damaged.

Makes sense as the radiator has been replaced.

That part attaches to the upper right hand radiator, top bolt.
