Kdx 220 cylinder advice

Looking for some advice on top end rebuild. I had over heating issue and decided to tear down to find what looks like jug is already sleeved. Does cylinder look sleeved? rehone and measure?

I did some editing to clean up things.
Yes. It is sleeved.
Check with a machinist or motorcycle shop that is familiar with boring, honing, cylinder to piston clearance, etc.

That may not solve your over heating issue though. But checking the top end after knowing you’ve been over heating is a smart move.

Since a cast iron sleeve can be bored for the next oversized piston, are there oversized pistons available for the kdx 200/220?

Out of interest, are you using Chinese radiators or OEM
