If it were mine, I would be assuming it needs to be repaired. I would pull it apart and further investigate.

IMO that looks really nasty. That would definitely warrant pulling the top end to see what it needs.

Yes, Plating is worn through with visible scoring.

Should be able to get it repaired/replated by any of the services that specialize in cylinder plating

Millennium can repair and/or replate the cylinder as necessary. I would go ahead and get the piston through them as well. That way you know the cylinder is matched to it.

Received my jug from millineum today. Looks awesome! Port chamfering looks great!
And I did send the piston, it was returned in the same condition. Not a scratch, no indication it was even handled at all.
My compression was 150 also.

update : my cylinder look super ugly from inside. i traded it for a yamaha blaster kdx didnt had a air filter im guessing that why is worn out from inside... how can i remove the kips ?? or do i pay them to remove it for me im gonna send it to Millennium soon!
