Those of you running the lectron carb what have you done to make it fit better? Thinking about grinding down that part of the frame but not sure if that’s a good idea or not.

I’d rather look into using a slightly different air boot first.

Someone recently said they bought one and it fit better with some special part from Lectron, maybe the top?

Look around on here. There are a few people who have put them on. Some sort of fairly recent change made it easier to install.

I posted a few pics in this link with info. The original Lectron carbs for the KDX were a pain, but the newer modified ones fit fine.
