I was going to change my jetting today as it felt off, and I knew I stripped out the bolt on the front clamp the first time. I tried to loosen it today and it wouldn't budge. I need to figure out how to cut the clamp off, and I figure I don't want to do it again so would a decent size hose clamp work. It is a lot easier to turn and all. help give me ideas about how to get it off.

never mind guys i figured a way to get that stupid bolt out. I ended up replacing it with a hose clamp which is way easier to get on and off not to mention you can get it off with a 8mm socket wrench. I rejetted to 40pilot air screw 1 7/16 turns out,145 main and the needle in 2nd position like people suggested and it made the biggest difference in the whole world. the bike is more peppy but with a roll on power band instead before it bogged like crazy and a mushy powerband. Just one question though changing the needle to the 2nd clip position making the needle go down did that lean or richen it. I know that lowering leans and raising richens but what are they talking about the clip or the needle.

Lowering the needle, (by raising the clip) will shove the needle further down into the jet; thereby cutting down the fuel flow and making the jetting leaner.

See? that's the same thing Inda said in one word, but I can't just use one word!!! I'm a monkey and we monkeys like to jabber!!!
