I recently found an 89 kdx200 and stripped it down to the frame for a complete rebuild , during the motor teardown I found out the cylinder is complete trash (after finding jb weld holding it together ffs) I'm in canada and not having much luck finding another one , I could only find 1 on ebay and it's so dirty God knows what the grease and dirt is hiding lol... anyone have or knows someone who has one I could purchase and ship to nova scotia, canada??

You might try speaking with the people at Millennium about their cylinder repair services. I understand they can fix most anything broken.

JB weld huh? I posted a video a while back of a guy running a lawnmower with a piston completely made of JB weld.
Doakley is right, they fixed some pretty nasty stuff, as long as it isnโt cracked all the way through or something

Check PowerSeal USA also.
Good luck on the search.

Thanks for the info guys! I did end up finding one in great shape on ebay, I also ordered a sleeve and top end kit

..just replaced all the swingarm&linkage bearings and in the process of wet sanding then polishing until I can get back to the motor โ

" I also ordered a sleeve"
I'm no expert here but most warn not to sleeve the KDX cylinder but have it replated if needed by Millennium.

Plating is better than sleeving, or Kawasaki would not have put it on their 1974 KX models and every KX cylinder since. I'll trust Kawasaki's call on it.
I don't see how a sleeve goes well with an "E" cylinder, as it can not be ran in an overbored size due to the power valves being so close to the cylinder walls.
Unless for some reason a cylinder can not be repaired (welding / grinding, etc.), then replated, I think most recommend a replate.
The number of people that can drill a hole and shove a tube down in it is a WHOLE LOT more than companies that have the equipment for plating.

Thanks for your input guys! after searching on forums and info/advice on here I decided to go with replating my cylinder and trying to find a reputable shop in my area to do the work (which is easier said than done) I'm in Canada if anyone can recommend a shop here or if not the best place stateside would be greatly appreciated!!

Make a new thread asking about Canadian businesses that replate. It will catch more attention than this thread title. There are a few people on here from Canada.
