I just totally ruined my ball bolt of kips any idea or advice please

About 5$ through any online parts house, probably a little more if your local dealer has it. Did you damage the threads in the head? hard to tell from the photo, is it broken? is that the spring pressed down over it?

Snapped it in half threads ok in head

I just went through this crap recently while putting my top end back together. I don't know if the previous owner messed up the threads or if I did it, but I must have put a whole 1/4 lb. of torque on it when it twisted off. I looked everywhere (at least I thought) for that damned bolt and it was either on back order, or said it was in stock, but then when adding it to the cart, then said it was on back order. Finally someone notified me that the part was available at the most frequent store I shop at - Rocky Mountain ATV!

I just looked now and they have 4 in stock. Get 'em while they're hot!
