Price of a 1984 KDX 200

I was wondering on what some people thought for a price on a 1984 KDX 200, it is in good shape nothing wrong with it. A couple of the decals are scratched off and it is missing a hand guard. It runs great and hasn't been ridden much. It is green and the display on the handlebar works just needs new batteries. I am just looking for a price at this point it is NOT for sale.

I saw one listed and sold for $1000. It looked like it was in pretty good shape. I saw an 87 in poor cosmetic shape but good mechanically for $600.

In general, there is not a lot of value to them. It is impossible to find replacement pistons. When the magnets disintegrate Off the flywheel, there are none to be found.

wow, another dirt bike with the chain tension way off... people seem to be doing that more often of late

That's a pretty clean piece. I like it! The last year for air cooled. Certainly worth 1k around here, if it ran decent.
