Use some blue loctite (not red), and make sure you are torquing them to the proper spec.

Are there washers missing?

When you applied your loctite did you do it with the clutch still in the bike or did you remove the basket, clean it up and make sure there was no oil in the threaded holes first? If you installed the loctite in the bike with oil wetted threads it won't do anything. That said, I've never had those bolts come loose on any of our KDX's. Using the OEM screws and springs I assume?

I did make sure there was no oil in the holes, it seem to have worked for the mean time. Is there some kind of bracket or washers something that hold those bolts in place? wondering if i might be missing something. the bike was previously taken apart by the previous owner and never put back together before i got it. i did check some diagrams but none of them showed anything i didnt already have. sorry about the late response,, been a bit busy.
