What are these 2 wires for? Please HELP!!

I have posted about this before but I wasn't able to upload the picture properly explaining what I was talking about. Anyways I have the 2 wires circled where do they go?

The long ones go to the main wire harness the ones you have circled go to the On/Off switch or vise versa if not functioning as intended.

Okay so if I have it wired up and working. Do I have nothing to worry about? Is there technically only one way to do it? Or could I damage things in the process?

If its working correctly I would not even second guess it you're fine. Think of it this way the red connects the lights and the yellow is the power from the stator and the switch makes or breaks the yellow at the on/off.

Given the bullet connectors as long as you matched colors up it only goes on one way
