hello guys, is the R1173K/2AFKP LEANER trough the rev range than the stock needle? (2001Kdx 200)thanks

The CEL needle I just installed made the pilot richer and its already a 38, 3 turns out, 35 maybe 
. This needle (on 2nd clip) noticeably helped the midrange. Top end seems the same though dropped from a 155 to 152.
3200' elev., stock pipe, airbox top cut, power reeds.
