Hey guys,
Really missing my 92 kdx200 lately, so ive been on the search for something lately. Well I found a good deal on a 1993 kx250 and picked it up last night. Needs wheel bearings and fork seals so I got them on order. I will be looking for a kdx maybe to trade for but I'm interested in getting lights and some other stuff on it if possible. My questions - I saw somewhere a kdx250 stator and flywheel fits so I could get a lighting coil onto my bike, how can I check? Do I need a flywheel or can i use mine? I noticed things like the expansion chamber will fit. Any other parts?

I doubt much will fit as the KDX250 is SOMEWHAT like a 1990 KX250. 1992 - 1993 KX250 is a generation newer.

Located in Central PA. Wasnt sure about much fitting. Really want to get lights on this bike and if I cant then its gone.

Good idea! Kdx 200 hybrid. Now time to look for a motor.

Im not that familiar with the 250. I had a 200 and my father has a 220, how do they compare?

Engine wise? Definitely more power from the 250. There was a guy I spoke with years ago that did it, said there was not a ton of mods on his 2000 KX250. I may be worth researching. He had to ream out the case halves swingarm hole like a 200.
