How tuff is it to replace? Got a growing leak after last trip. Also best place for parts?

Easy replacement. Quickest is probably seeing if someone has one on Ebay.

If you're stateside Motosport has them in stock for about $9 SEAL-OIL,SB18307 p/n 92049-013 Easy replacement

I think that description breaks down the seal size as 18mm x 30mm x 7mm. You should be able to get one from a local bearing house.

Those super sharp drywall screws work well. I have removed the fork seals that way before.
