Hey guys new to the forum.
I have a 92 KDX200. Will the forks from a 91 250 fit in to my yolks calliper Ect ?

Welcome to the forums.

The short answer is no.

Medium answer is think of these as front end conversions, not fork swaps. The tubes are too large, brake caliper is different, fork guards are different hose routing is different.
