Hi, go to your local shop to have your cylinder measured.
A special tool is required.

does anybody in here have a wossner piston in their 200, and which one , and how is it working out ? and does it come with rings and pin, clips or the bare piston alone? thanks

Stock bore is 66.0 mm. IIRC the difference between the A, B anc C is .01mm so A=66.00, B=66.01 and C=66.02. Get your cylinder measured as mentioned, most mechanics I know just use B pistons (I'm sure it is some old school reasoning involved but idk). I have used them in my jet ski and it came as just a piston, had to rder rings and pin separately, but that was a while ago. Wiseco is well known in the KDX world and what I'd guess most people running non-OEM have installed. I have about 250 hours on my Wiseco with no issues.

so when it says 336 i have rode 336 miles? it doesn't go further than 999. when its says 010 it means 1 mile?

Is the first digit a diferent color? From what I remember on my original odometer, the rightmost digit was black on a white background and wa tenths of a mile, the other digits to the left were white on a black background and were miles. so 336 would have been 33.6 miles and 010 would be 1 mile.

Not that I know of, the OEM unit is a direct cable drive. You could replace it with an aftermarket one like a TrailTech. Here in the states it was one of the first things that usually got broken and was too expensive to replace so mot folks I know just never worried about it. Maybe some of the other overseas guys can chime in.

MOVED from "Ask the Moderator" to the general Q&A forum.
If you are asking about getting an OEM Km unit, then I think you can. Check the odometer drive sending unit to make sure the part numbers are the same. There is a gear in there, but hopefully it is the same. The "cable" is technically a square, flexible rod.

only the last digit is white, the 2 in the front are black, so if it says for ex 300 is that 30,0 miles? and one mile is about 1600 meters? or 1,6km?

Yes. The last digit is the tenths.

I have hread several posts from Wossner piston owners saying they thought it was a VERY good piston. I would not avoid it as a choice. I think Namura is the only piston I have heard bad mouthed often.

I have just replaced the stock piston in my 02 220R with a Wossner. Came with the wrist pin, two rings and circlips. The the UK and Europe, in general, they are more readily available and cheaper than Wiseco.
So far so good. Not heard any bad reports about them.

thanks jason and scruffy, but do you guys think that since my bike has run about 100 hours the B piston is the right choice? 8093db is the name. last letter indicates the size, even if its bugger all difference in size. if some one who has put the B PISTON WOSSNER in their 200 would chime in it would be great!

If you are wanting the piston clearance to match up just right, you are going to have to take the piston and cylinder to a machine shp, motorcyle shop or have high dollar tools yourself.
