1984 KDX200 Questions

Hi guys
This is my first post. i have a few questions that I hope you guys can help me.
I am from South Africa. I got my hands on a '84 KDX200 (VIN: DX200B-000849) but the motor was completely rusted, as it was filled to the head with water.
Then, I got an extra motor, this one, with a BAD crank, bad bearings, and some broken brackets and casings. So, I took the two motors, stripped them, and build one motor out of the best parts from both engines. I installed new bearings, seals, and the rest is all new.
Now, my problem is, it cannot start. Wel, it can, if you pull it behind a car. Also, if I kick it about a thousand times, it will start for about 5 seconds, then die.
So, i saw i need a new intake manifold. Myne is perished badly and even cracked. I have cleaned the carb to perfection, set the float levels and all.
My question is, which versions (and year models) intake wil work here?
