Nice job. Just an observation, you might want to route your front brake hose inside the fork leg. You stand a pretty good chance of having it ripped off if you catch it on a branch or something.

Two quick questions:
1. How did you get the tank looking so good?
2. Where did you get that slick looking chain guard on the swing arm? It looks like it is made from aluminum as opposed to the stock plastic one.

I made the chain guard from 1/8 aluminum. I sanded the plastics with 180, working my way up to 1200grit, then buffed with 3m compounds.

Very nice work, looks sweet! Those plastics do look super nice. Did you use 3M compounds specifically for plastic once you got to that point? Or just car buffing compound? And did you paint or powdercoat to black all that stuff out?

I used 3m automotive compounds, nothing specifically for plastics. All the black is powdercoat with the exception of the crankcase. I didn't want to tear the cases apart to coat until I actually need to.

Good work and neat job on the stickers.

On the seat cover, is the top gripper? Are the sides?

Also, awesome job on the tank. That looks great.
