Welcome to the forums.
Can you measure the fork tube diameter?
Any more pics of the clamps, for example?
Maybe MX-Tech intalled a rebound kit?I do remember someone having them put in a rebound and midvalve kit on stock forks. This was 10 years ago, though.

forget the fork caps. Is that a crack in your upper triple clamp, right side, I'm seeing in two of the photos? I'd be MUCH more concerned about that.

Watch the kickstarter nut, before I mention the forks. :)
They look like stock forks. Maybe they do have rebound. Lightly turn the middle adjuster all the way out and ride, then lightly turn it all the way in and ride. Determine the difference.
"Crack" is rubber piece from bushing.

Took it out for a ride this afternoon, very fun bike and has a lot of power. Suspension feels well sorted. I've been a Kawasaki fan since the early 1980's. Still have a 1987 Kx125 that I bought new. Been riding dual sports the last few years all around the country, I thought about buying a Ktm 300. But I can't spend 10k on a dirt bike. I am going to go through the bike this winter, might even try to plate it. I'm glad I bought this fun bike, make me remember why bikes are fun!

Jason is correct of course. Very clear after zooming in on the photo. Sorry for the false alarm.
