Search failed. Seeking disc swap info

I have searched and read posts / threads by kawagumby, hail seizure, and zz3gmc but I'm not clear on this info.

Have we ever determined, exactly, what parts are most direct fitment for a rear disc conversion for the 1986 kdx 200? I've been digging deep into the schematics I think I have determined that most of the rear hub, disc, caliper, and caliper holder parts are the same part numbers for the 1990-1994 kdx200 (not 1989) and 1994 kx125.

I cannot determine, however, fitment for the 1986 axle vs. 1990-1994 kdx 200 nor 1994 kx125 as they are not the same part number. The 1986 axle nut is not the same part number as any of those but it is the same part number for several later street bike clutches. The 1986 bearings and spacers are not the same part number. I see that kawagumby used later kx parts mixed with some KDX parts and some grinding and welding. Hail seizure mentioned using 88 kx wheel but search didn't show he ever said if that worked or what brake parts he used. I have not been able to find any posts with specifics other than kawagumy's but I keep seeing hints of other part combos that might have been more direct fitment than kawagumby's.

Can anyone tell us what we KNOW FOR SURE about fitment and bolt-on-abilityness of any of these? (particularly axle). Judging just from the fiche, 1990-1994 kdx200 is coming very close to direct fitment for the 1986 kdx200 and the 1994 kx125.

I think you may have already seen this, but you never know,
http://www.oem-cycle.com/, the parts interchange info section,
info on the "86 is a little hit and miss. But there is good info here.
