So I just took the clyinder off my 85 kdx 200. I am about to take off flywheel but I can across and issue.

I bought a flywheel puller off of eBay for $9 shipped. It's has larger threads and then a smaller bolt that goes agains the crankshaft. However, there is nothing for the larger thread to go into. How am I supposed to get the flywheel off? I took off the center bolt that holds it on but it's not sliding off ( because I need to use a puller) yet the puller doesn't fit. I don't see how any puller could fit. What do I use?

Never seen a flywheel without a threaded center. It's a lefthand thread. Are you sure the threads are not just a little rusty. How about a pic.

The older bikes didn't have a threaded centre. Use a puller screwed into those two threaded holes in the front of the flywheel.

There should be three threaded holes on that flywheel. Use a puller similar to below to get it off.
