Gas/Oil Ratio?

I got my bike not to long ago. I'm curious as to what mix i should run. Ive been using 50:1. Its a 1985 kdx 200. Is that ratio to low? what do you run?

Being that it is an old air cooled bike I wouldn't run anything less than 32:1 but that's just me.

I run on my 2002 220r ....
34:1
since I got it a couple of months back..
In the first ride I used 40:1 and noticed the engine kinda noisy...guess it was the kips valve or who knows..
As soon I found out here the mix was best at 34:1 I found out quieter engine while idling ore acceleration..
So your best bet IS what other experienced KDX owners tell you.. HAve a blast on your bike !
