I tried ordering the oring on the left side PV shaft. But the wasn't a part number and I can't seem to find it anywhere.

That is because it is not offered. Went through that myself. Hardware store or parts store is your only option

Does it need to be viton? And do you have any info on the size of the one you bought

No on the viton. I just took rack with me for sizing. Had to trim it to fit

I have a 99 kdx200. I went to rocy mountain atv and ordered everything I needed. To the oem page type your bike in and depending on the year it should give you a diagram with part numbers to.

I tried that I couldn't find the part number on the diagrams. It shows a part number for the shaft

Maybe it's the 43049-1076. But it just shows up as "packing"

I am rebuilding my KIPS and was on the parts diagram last night. I too was wondering exactly what the "packing" 43049-1076 part was? The same though crossed my mind about it maybe being the o ring on the KIPS shaft?

I'm going to order it tonight and find out for sure.

43049-1076 is the correct part number for the kips subvalve oring
