Finger adjustable fuel screw

I would like a adjustable fuel screw, seems you can only buy the RB one on a carb.
Does anybody know of another place I can get one?

I have one on my 220, it's made from alloy with a knurled end for easy adjustment.... I purchased it from eBay ...just type ' kdx adjustable fuel screw' & it should appear .... I think I paid around £15 from the UK he also makes an alloy tick over screw that replaces the plastic one
