Crack in tank

Well the newest issue is that I've found a small crack above one of the plastics brass mounting insert.
Very small but still I find some gas coming out after it sits a while.
Looks like at some point someone put some JB Weld around the brass inserts on that side as well. They seem fine though.
Considering just going the JB Weld route for the crack as well.
Anyone have experience with this?
Hate to spend the money of a whole new tank just because of this little crack.

Yes plastic weld.
However, now that I've got to look at it more, it's actually coming from the opening of the lower brass insert you screw your plastics into.
