can anyone tell me which KDX200 piston has NO EXHAUST COOLING HOLES ?

Sorry I don't know the 95, 200 and 97, 220's do.

I am curious as to why you would want a piston with out them if it's a bridge port barrel. Out small side bridge ports aren't cooled or recessed as far as I can tell so the holes are needed.
