I have a 1986 KDX200. Just wondering which flywheel is compatible. I would have to modify the stator plate slot locations I believe. I remember reading a post that someone used an H series flywheel. Would a flywheel work from a 89-94 KDX200? Thanks!

86 to 88 only.
An H-series can be used if you modify your stator plate.

What years are H-series? Are the KDX 89-94 the same? Thanks

H-series = 1995 - 2006

Can't tell you if the E-series flywheels are the same as the H, but I doubt it.

H and E series flywheel are a different part number. I don't know off hand if one can be swapped with the other.

Thanks for the info guys... A friend of mine is giving me a flywheel from an E series. I'm going to see if it will work and get back to you....

"E" series flywheel works with Fredette modification.
