Im trying to fit a kdx 220 1997 rear hub on my 1994 kdx 200.

The caliper is touching the hub, what I can do to solve this problem?

Do you have the spacers in correctly? My wheels swap straight across from my E to H 200s.

there is one seal and one spacer on each side, right ?

is this normal that the diameter on this hub where the brake disc sit is bigger thant my 1993 kdx hub ?

Well, I just got home, went out to the garage and looked at the three H series rears that I have......Your wheel is not an H series rear wheel. Might be off of a KDX 250 or KX 125/250.

bummer if it doesn't fit, thats an aftermarket excel wheel. good stuff.

Stock KDX rims are Excel Takagos, same thing as that one.

where I can find a smaller brake disc that fit this hub ?

Stock KDX rims were NEVER Takasago Excel's. The rims might be made by the Takasago rim company, but they are NOT Excel models.

That does not look like the stock rotor for 1995+. What is the OD of the rotor?

How many feet do you think you will ride on that sprocket before the teeth fly off? That is horrible.

Are you sure the wheel is from a KDX? Does the hub have four digits on one of the inner flanges?

My '94 most def has Takasago Excels.

I dont see a four digit on the inner flange of the hub

I dont know why caliper dont fit, both wheel have same rotor diameter, its juste the inside diameter that are not the same ( diameter of the hub)

I was just saying that stock KDX rims were not Excel models made by the Takasago company. They may have come stock with Takasago OEM spec rims, but they did not come with the Excel model.

To the main poster, it is odd that it has a 19" rim / tie /etc. on a "supposedly" KDX wheel. Can you put a wooden dowel inside the hub and compare the two widths to see if that helps you? Maybe it is just too wide to work, even if it is an H hub??
