Anyone know of a Rear shock cover that will fit a 2005 Kawasaki KDX 200? I have had to replace my seal twice within the last couple of months!

I'd take a real close look at the condition of your shock shaft before looking for other solutions.

The shock shaft shows no signs of wear and is straight as an arrow.

Are you talking about the cap over the seal head under the shock body or just the actual seal head itself?

What kind of seal head and oil are you using and do you have the mud flap?

Something like an outerwears cover.

Can you take an old tube and cut a section out, cut open one side and zip tie it to the shock body? Put the cut seam facing the front of the bike. Not pretty, but it will probably work.
