Finally took the plunge and sent my carb and head out to Ron. Mailed on a Tuesday afternoon... and got them back the following Tuesday! Packaged with care and some extra parts for fine tuning.

I have to say the machine work he does looks fantastic! Got everything installed and it fired up in a couple kicks.

Gave it a few rips down the street and have to say the mods are no joke! Much more responsive and can feel it pulls harder in 1st thru 3rd gears - no room to try the others.

Really woke up the 220. Highly recommend Ron's work!!!!!

Does ron machine kx heads, and can he do a cleanup bore on my sleeved kx250 cylinder? Id love to give him my business since I like how he helps out this forum.

Yes he will do any head , but you will need to do a squish band test. and send the soldier with the head.
