KDXRIDER.NET

Hey just got an 85 kdx80. Been sitting in basement for years. I am an auto mechanic so I think I can handle cleaning carb and tank etc. but don't have much bike experience. Left side of motor is bare. Shaft sticking out of crankcase is all I got. Missing generator, stator, cover, etc. Need to fix cheap. What year and model variations can I find used parts? Have heard lots of kx60, 80 and 100 parts may work. Thanks in advance.

Loo on www.partzilla.com to see the parts diagrams. Click on a part number and it will go to a page for that part, including what other models used that exact same part. It does not tell you what will "fit" or "can be made to work", etc., just the models that used that exact part.
