I baught a 1998 kdx everything on it but the engine, im having alot of trouble finding one, how much are the frames worth? Or what engine would fit in the frame? I havent decided what to do with it yet either keep it or sell it, i baught it for $100. Smokin deal

Oops, just noticed it is a 220. It still should fit that frame. I'm sure others will chime in.

Be careful, if someone here finds out you have the OEM kickstand, they will tell you your only choice is to part it out. But they will help you out by taking it off your hands.

I dont need a kickstand in the first place what are they worth?

I was told that the kickstand is the only thing that sells is that true? Im thinking about parting out id rather drop $700 on a race bike than a trail bike just to get it running. How much would all the parts go for? And where

I said the kickstands are highly prized and that I personally couldn't give away frames, forks and swing arms.

Other parts will/can sell based on condition and what you price them at. People will pay $50 for a tank in good shape. Most people aren't going to pay $25 for a faded, leaking tank with stripped out mounting threads.

Right, thats whats weird to me, it seems the engine and kickstand are all people want which is odd to me

I've got one of those kickstands. Was thinking of having it goldplated.
