Just noticed a break at a mounting flange on the fmf silencer that Is mated with a PC pipe PK 952000.

I'm ordering a new pipe today and overnighting so I have it tomorrow.

Should I get a PC 304 silencer or another FMP power core? Research says FMF is a good woods pipe.
Any issues with a different brand pipe and silencer?

I have run a PC platinum pipe with the FMF silencer & it seemed fine...my FMF silencer too developed a crack near the mounting point also !! I welded it up now it's good as new.... Don't forget to repack your silencer with the correct 2 stroke 'wool' & not too tightly either .

That crack must be common. My pipe came with it! It shoots spooge all over the inside of my number plate plastic.
