Im driving myself crazy by trying to find a CDI unit, i have a 91 kdx250 that needs a new cdi. The dealer doesn't produce them anymore so, if anyone knows of a kdx250 cdi unit for sale or where i can get one please let me know.

Is the kdx200 coil the same ?

I have one I'll let go for $40 shipped. Its from a 93 kdx 250

Ive tried ebay and theres nothing close, everything is in australia or germany. I lost the ebay auction i was bidding on yesterday by 3 dollars. But hopefully newbbewb will come through!

Someone has CDI UNIT to KDX250SR 1994?

Just take yours apart and replace the SCR and capacitor. They are what go bad.

I have done it so don't tell me it's too hard, etc. Just go real slow when digging out the "insulation" when getting close to the components.

You have a link on bottom for dragonfly cdis', have you tried these?

he is the knower of all things cdi. (that link is him)

my KDX Performance CDI don't work on the 250 unfortunately
