New to the forum and im sure there is a thread to this question but I couldn't find it. so sorry for clogging the air waves.
just bought a 91 for 400 bucks and it didn't idle so I took the carb apart and now im looking for someone to give me the stock settings for the jets, air/fuel and idle screw settings. I am aware that the idle issue could be bad reeds also among other things? I went to buy a manual at the local bent bike but they didn't have it; so I am waiting on the manual to come but I would like to take it out this weekend to see what else needs to be done besides the forks.

Pilot - 48
Main - 150 or 158
Air screw - 1.5 turns
Float - 16mm +/- 1mm
Needle - 4th clip from top
Most lean out the the jetting and needle slightly for better performance / less spooge from the E series. Especially if running an aftermarket pipe. If you are running the 158 main (KAW brought the main down to 150 some time in '90/'91) you will want to probably start at 150 and move down from there, depending on elevation. My '90 had the 158 and had a very rich condition with the FMF

1.5 turns out(counter-clockwise) from completely closed. Mine is around 2.5 turns out I think due to still being too rich @ 45/155 But I'm still working on getting my jetting right. Trying a 42/150 next
