boyesen pro series, nice setup. If they're worn out you could just flip em around and they'll be good as new

1st time I've done this so a few questions. Frayed around the edges means worn, right? I didn't get a gasket for the reed cage and want to ride this weekend. Anybody ever use yamabond as a temporary gasket material? I'm thinking if it's good enough to seal the engine on my RD, it should seal the reed cage?

yeah if its frayed on the edges its a lil worn, but if it still seals properly and everything else looks good then id still run it. that yamabond stuff should work but it'll make a mess, id just get gasket paper and cut yourself a new gasket. thats what i did, and 3 years later its still holding up just fine
