Besides all the necessary tools, fluid, pads, the rotors themselves and pin kits, is there anything I should buy or have on hand ready for the swap out?
Getting ready to place an order on Rocky Mountain and I'm hoping this time not to have to make multiple trips to the local bike shop.

Anti-seize compound? High temp brake grease maybe...some 1/4 clear tubing to drain the old fluid?

per Kawasaki, heat up the rotor mounting bolts before rotor removal to loosen the red Loctite
(no, this is not in the service manual, but other Kawasaki documentation)
if the rotor has any, remove any anti-corrosion substance such as cosmoline, grease, etc.

I don't use a good or cheap ball head hex If I'm trying to break one loose. Use a square cut one and make sure it's seated good to break it loose, then you can use the ball head to finish removing it. Just my 2 cents

use a torque wrench to tighten, criss cross pattern working up to listed T-value.keeps the rotor from warping.

You may want to consider replacing the hub bearings while you have the wheel off
