What is the best looking front and back fender combination that needs little to no tampering?

For a rear MX style fender look at Maier http://www.maier-mfg.com. For the front you may have to drill a little but you should be able to make most KX front fenders work. I'm not sure about a number plate on the stock forks, never tried it. You might need to make a bracket but it shouldn't take much to get it on. I'm sure someone here has done it and may have even posted the results. There is a TON of info on this site, try a search. Good luck! Post pics when you get it fixed up!

Maier rear fenders and Acebis KX front fenders. Rear fender is made for the bike and fits perfect. Front fender just requires the mounting holes to be enlarged slightly.

I have the same exact two fenders on the KDX in the front in the above picture ^

both fit beautifully and the front KX450F fender just needed the holes opened up slightly... so slightly that I opened them up with a razor blade (I had lent my drill out to a friend at the time and couldn't wait lol)
