Hi all 1992 kdx 250 f1 jap import
Rebuilt engine but bike was in storage for 6 years
Carb been removed cleaned new jets, new con rod kit all new seals/bearings
New Piston, reeds have been checked
New plug, verry good compression,
New air filter
Problem engine starts but sound like its missing with no power but will rev up very gradually
Any help or suggestions would be great

Right off the bat I'd do a leakdown check on the motor to make sure its sound. Ensure your intake and exhaust tracts are all sound as well. Check ignition coil/pickup coil/stator timing. That should get you started to a solution. These bikes are pretty simple, as long as they get spark and fuel they'll go. Since it sat so long you may want to check the fuel tank siphon/screen for sediment that could be blocking fuel flow from the tank as well.
